All My Videos Stop Sound Continues
Whenever i watch videos on YouTube, Facebook, or ESPN the video will start playing and sound will be fine, but then a couple seconds into the video the sound stops and the video keeps playing. The only current way i know how to fix it is by pressing the refresh button. I am on a ProBook4525s and use Chrome as my preferred browser. Please Help!!

Hi,
- Are you using Internet Explorer (IE)? If so, which version are you using?
I would suggest you to f ollow these steps if you are using IE:
a) Open Internet Explorer, click on tools .
b) Open Internet Op tions.
c) Click advance tab, and under multimedia section place a check mark next to play sounds on web pages. Click apply and ok .
Hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance with Windows related issues. We will be happy to help.

I have the same problem. It started a few months ago and happens in Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, and Google Chrome. Pausing a video for at least 12 seconds also makes it start playing sound again for me. Not everybody will ever be able to learn how to fix that problem for themself and maybe some of them don't even have a way. I think it's either Windows' duty to properly research how to have one of its future updates fix that problem or Microsoft's duty to create a program that can be downloaded that will fix the problem. If they're not going to have a way to verify that they got the problem fixed, they better do extra careful research to be extra sure their change actually will get the problem fixed.

I don't believe it's even possible for everyone with that problem to fix that problem for themself. Even if it is, a significant fraction of people with that problem, like me, probably aren't ever going to learn how to fix it. For that reason, I think it should be Microsoft's job to fix that problem for everybody who has it with one of the automatic Windows updates, not the job of the people with that problem to fix it for themselves.
